DekaBank, one of Germany's largest securities firms and real estate asset managers, decided to update its ECM system and transfer it to a new service provider. ISR was selected as a strong partner to take over the development and operation of the new system. The project involved migrating various clients and applications to the new platform, including the entire bank's electronic archive. ISR used various components from IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation. In addition to carrying out the update and migration project, ISR is also responsible for the operational management of the system to ensure high availability and performance. DekaBank plans to implement additional clients and applications on the system in the future and to establish a long-term partnership with ISR to continuously develop and improve the platform.
